- At 20:30 hrs. Guest contacted to reception again that HK didn't pre setup the face towel in room before his arrival, FD personally apologized him for this issue. After not to 10 minutes guest call to FD again informed that the door in his room having problem as can't be locked properly. Engineer went to check the door and found that the door need to be fixed will take more time for this . I went to meet the guest with personally apologized him and offer a new room upgrade to Deluxe which guest agreed to the offer and ok with it.
