1.Assign to the Section meeting every week for follow up any problema and update all information. ( weekly meeting )
2. Assigne key person for serios project
b) Job instruction awareness! (for example; does not well read requirement or procedure in CI or e-mail)
2.Remind their knowledge about corrective and preventive action (Refer.training plan from QMR)
3. Prepare WI for process inspection and testing
4.OJT trainig for new staff and review every year
