Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into the blender. You can use plain, vanilla or strawberry yogurt, or choose a contrasting flavor, such as blueberry.

Pour 1/2 cup milk into the blender and add 8 frozen strawberries.

Flavor the smoothie by adding up to 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. You can also add a little cinnamon if you wish.

Blend on high until the frozen strawberries have been mashed up and the drink is a smooth consistency. If it's too thick, add more milk.
