Kindly be informed that Hay Group has confirmed the Kick Off Meeting for Salary Structure Design Project from 28th August 2014 around 10.00 to 12 AM and you all are invited to attend the Kick off Project Meeting after that they (Hay) will have interview each executive (MD, GM, DGM) 1 hour/person in the afternoon, please reserve your schedule to participate the meeting and interview session. The agenda will be submitted to you later
For CMC & Thai GL, please help to prepare information for Hay group to study before Kick off as follows;
- Organization Chart/Structure (OC)-->GM office updates and submit to HR to review first
- Company Profile-->By GM office
- Updated Job Description of key positions--> by HR, HR will send JD to GM to review.
