Low relative
humidity air drying (LRH) is the desiccant wheel, which represents one
of the most promising air humidification of air conditioning systems
(Subramanyam, Maiya, & Srinivasa, 2004; Mazzei, Minichiello, & Palma,
2002; Zhang, Dai, &Wang, 2003; Neti &Wolfe, 2000; Zhang, & Niu, 2002)
may be considered an alternative way of drying food products, by
incorporation into a conventional hot-air drying system.
