Finance Specialist – Payment
Job Summary:
To be responsible for controlling and monitoring general payment team to comply with AIA guideline, laws and regulations, supervise payment team in order to provide good quality service within turnaround time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Verify payment advice and supporting documents from each department to ensure that it is exist, legitimate, accurate and approved by authorized person.
· Process truncation recording regarding cheque payment, cash-link and pay-link payment as per the company procedure and regulations.
· Advice all department regarding payment procedure and company guideline.
· Provide other report and support information on any other jobs assigned.
· Follow up suspense accounts created by General Payment section and reply remedial action to Manager of Payment Section for further process.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in accounting.
· 2 - 3 years experience in accounting function with some backgrounds from insurance or bank/ finance business.
· Familiar with SAP system is preferable
· Computer literacy
· Initiative, proactive and well-coordinated with others.
· Good interpersonal and communication skill.
· Good command in English (spoken and written).
