Close Account
Closing your account is a permanent action that will remove all access to your Amazon.com seller account. Your listings will be removed from the website and you will no longer able to:
View your order history
Process returns
Issue refunds
Respond to A-to-z Guarantee claims
Communicate with buyers
You will remain responsible for any outstanding A-to-z Guarantee claims and any outstanding negative balance on your account after closure.
Please note: If you simply wish to stop the monthly $39.99 charge for a Professional selling plan subscription, you can switch to an Individual selling plan.
Actions required for account closure
Before we can close your account, you will first need to complete the following actions:
If you have active listings, close your listings to remove them from sale.
If you have FBA inventory, submit a request to return or destroy all FBA inventory.
If you have open transactions with buyers, fulfill any outstanding orders and resolve your transactions, including issuing any necessary refunds.
Switch to an Individual selling plan so you won't be billed again for the Professional subscription fee.
If you have a pending settlement but haven't entered bank account information for your seller account, add a valid bank account.
If you do not have valid credit card information associated with your seller account, enter a valid credit card.
