Ref:852130721333 dated 29/8/13 We had sent documents on DP payment basis to our customer MVS(1994) Co Ltd who holds an account with your Siphaya Road branch. With reference to the above shipment, we want to bring to your notice that the goods were received by our customer on 13/9/2013 whereas we received the payment on 24/9/13. We wanted to know what caused this delay when as per ICC rules, the payment on D/P basis should have been credited in 2-3 days from retiring the documents. We had also sent swift messages to your branch office but they have not responded to any of our messages till date. Can we expect a reply from them as to what caused the delay?
