5.2 Creative Story-Building Drama is planned and structured to operate through English four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Firstly students read a play, try to plan a performance effectively to match the will of the playwright, and write out the brief of the description, the acts and the scenes, etc. as stated in the previous part Secondly when drama learners perform characters of the play, they have chance to practice speaking and listening to reflect the communication and the emotion among the characters (see fig. 5.1).
