Assists Director of Operations in managing the daily operations of the entire facility in cooperation with opening and closing procedures, employee retention, staffing schedules, and coordination of all activities.
Assists with recruitment, hiring, evaluation, coaching, and discipline of staff.
Maintains, trains, and motivates staff.
Performs administrative duties as assigned including equipment inventory, staff scheduling, and maintenance of facility records.
Must maintain consistent enforcement with all facility policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Oversees general maintenance and cleanliness of facility, attractions, and amenities.
Attends and contributes to operations meetings, in-service training, and other sessions with Director of Operations and other management as assigned.
Schedules staff and assigns duties.
Trains and instructs staff on the different processes and procedures as they relate to facility operations.
Functions as senior operations management in the absence of the Director of Operations.
Other duties as assigned.
