Qualification:
Handle office facilities such as company car, office furniture etc.
Manageand arrange office supply, drinking water and office equipment.
Prepare payment vouchers for office facilities such as phone billing, gasoline fleet card billing and parking rental fee.
Handle hotel reservation for staff, post & parcel and company’s insurance.
Coordinate with external parties for general administration matters such as Hotel, Car outsourcing etc.
To support HR & Admin team’s activities and Company activities.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
