KMC send parts that does not meet with the requirements of the customer. Because cleaning parts staff do not know the required number of parts, thus cleaning process is not enough to the needs of the customer.
Solving result: Production Control will inform the requirement of customer to cleaning parts staff acknowledge every time before delivery.
Customer requested KMC to cost down for part (VCAR 031 Housing D024) but cleaning process will clean by Saginomiya to reduce the problem of rust.
