high levels of workforce engagement and satisfaction
also strongly correlate with customer satisfaction and
financial performance. Workforce engagement findings
and objective department results are analyzed to
identify key strengths and key opportunities for
improvement (e.g., manufacturing, sales). These studies
have allowed us to improve our ability to manage
performance more systematically and better forecast
business results
