Maintain satisfaction of existing customers by:
Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about online marketing services.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up with related parties to ensure resolution done properly under agreed SLA.
Responsible for customer’s renewal on products and services especially Website and Google Adwords to achieve monthly target set by the company.
Handle cross sale/up sale of existing customers to achieve monthly target set by the company.
Understand customer insight and keep complete records for improving products and services.
Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication.
