One concern that I do have is there appears to be a situation developing where CAR will only communicate via Triumph Thailand. Given that CAR are being awarded OE orders (which will then become retail packaged Accessories kits at a later date) it is important that the communication issues I am currently having are resolved, as this is not a good situation for Accessories or Triumph Thailand going forward if we want to avoid long term difficulties.
Could you please emphasise to CAR the importance of them replying directly to emails from Accessories rather than replying via yourself?
