Statistical analyses were done using STATA 16 computer software. Baseline characteristics were analyzed using chi-square or Fisher’s exact test and presented as numbers and percentages. Continuous data were analyzed using the student’s t-test and presented as means with standard deviation (SD). Pregnancy outcomes were compared between women with and without SARS-CoV-2 infection. Logistic regression analyses were performed using the t-test for continuous outcomes and the Pearson χ2 test for categorical outcomes. The p values for all hypotheses were 2-sided, and the statistical significance was set at p < 0.05. Effect sizes were presented as odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs).
