Development of chicken ball flavored stewed chicken product, the objective this research was to study the manufacturing method of stewed chicken, the concentration of the stewed chicken with chicken ball flavored stewed chicken product, the manufacturing method of chicken ball flavored stewed chicken product and the consumer acceptance of this product. It found an chicken flavored sauce stewed chicken for 90 minutes that was the highest acceptance by the tester, in the rang like to like very much. Then, the study of consumer acceptance in Amphoe Mueang of Songkhla province by 100 people. It found an acceptable product of consumer was 99%. The reason acceptance was delicious, exotic flavor and convenience of consumption. The 98% consumers were willing to buy this product.
