Two main factors that they are factors that affect Thais’ oral communication and psychological factor that hinder students from speaking. Factors that affect Thais’ oral communication includes age or maturation constrain, aural medium, socio-cultural, and the other effective factor comprises self-esteem, empathy, attitude and motivation. Moreover, psychological factor that hinder students from speaking, they consists fear of mistakes, anxious, shyness, lack of confidence, and lack of motivation. Thai students have to involve the base foundation to firstly increase student’s motivation and confidence. Having a group work, at least decrease teacher’s participation but no means as dividing interaction between students and teachers. Teachers are supervision and guide for learners. In addition, students could independently solve the problem without depending on the teacher all the time.
