The Role:
• Answering hotline and replying mails to help customers solve their problems.
• Reproduce, analyze and solve product problems and feedback accordingly.
• Co-operate with Sales/Marketing team to analyze technical spec/demand fulfill new product release.
• Update news of the product on the Website.
• Give training and suggestion to customer.
Requirements:
• Holding an associate degree in IT, computer, communications or other relevant fields.
• Having sufficient knowledge of computer, Internet and networking communications.
• Good command of English.
• Capable of frequent domestic traveling.
• Fast Learning.
• Position Level: Entry Level.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree - Master’s degree.
