• Reduces the time and frustration for both you and the support analyst by providing the key information about your PC in one summary screen.
• It can be used to send that information directly to the service desk so reduces need for extended phone conversations.
• It provides useful links to GetHelp Portal and CEVA Webmail
• It displays the contact details for the Global and Regional Service Desks.
To check that the APP has been deployed to your PC the following ICON should be visible on your desktop. If it is not there please contact the Service Desk to have it manually installed.
