You are receiving this email as a notification of a change in policy that takes effect 8/12/2014. From recent recommendations from Department of Immigration and Border Protection DIBP we have adjusted our Course Progress Policy and Procedure. Students will only receive 1 warning letter now and then an intention to cancel letter if course progress is not rectified by the next training plan check. Training plan check dates are identified on your training plan. To avoid being reported students must at all times meet course progress (demonstrated competency in 50% or more of the course requirements) at each training plan check. If you receive on of these letters we ask you to take immediate action towards your studies and meet with your trainer to organise an intervention strategy to ensuring you bring your studies up to date to ensure you are successful in your course and that we do not need to cancel you for non course progress. This cancellation is reported to DIPB.
