Results of the 2014 Best Technical Publication Award
The winning publications of the 2014 edition of the Best Technical Publication Award, launched last September, have been selected by the jury. This year 52 valuable entries from 9 countries were received.
This significant number of entries is a testimonial to the talent and efforts of our organization and especially those of you who, throughout the year, highlight our expertise through technical publications and international conferences. Technology, as one of Technip’s strategic pillars, is vital to our success and is a key factor that sets us apart from competition, so it is important to recognize and reward those of you who contribute to building the future.
This year seven publications, released in 2013, were retained by the jury. As required by the rules, five were selected for the quality of both their content and style, and a sixth one for its contribution to sustainable development. In addition, the jury decided to give to a seventh very good paper a Special Prize justified for its focus on a subject which discusses an innovative technical improvement which can benefit Technip across many of its onshore technology areas.
The 7 winning publications, which illustrate the expertise of the authors in their technical fields, are:
