I ran across an issue when moving an excel file to a folder and then trying to access/open the file from the new folder. When I tried to open the file in its new folder, the excel message said "Sorry, we couldn't find"... [File Path]...".xlsx. Is it possible it was moved, renamed, or deleted?" Please note that I have left out the actual file path, in the message it stated the file path between "find" and ".xlsx". To be possibly more clear, and at the risk of eye rolling from the more savvy users, How I accessed the file originally was this: (Again as to keep this shorter and not to disclose the actual file names I'll substitute the file names with Folder 1 Folder 2 etc.) I selected Documents -> Folder 1 -> Folder 2 -> Folder 3 -> Folder 4 -> Excel File. As I was organizing my files, I created yet one more folder to place my Excel file into so my desired process to access the file should now look something like this: Documents -> Folder 1 -> Folder 2 -> Folder 3 -> Folder 4 -> Folder 5 -> Excel File. Does anyone know why in the world when going from accessing the file in Folder 4 without problems to having problems (getting the warning I mentioned above) when accessing the file when it is placed in Folder 5? I have successfully been able to do this with another file with the exact same path, so I'm troubled as this is an important file and is not one that will be easy to re-create from scratch if necessary. It seems odd that one more layer of file would create a problem, but if anyone has insight, your help would be greatly appreciated.
