Job scope & responsibilities:
• Partner with data analytics team to identify target customer and develop appropriate segmentation to maximize profitability.
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer acquisition, customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Work closely with marketing team and other related parties to implement CRM campaign based on defined CRM strategy
• Contact & support clients in developing online marketing and campaign.
• Participate in generating proposal and present to clients.
• Present effective marketing and advertising support activities to clients
• Summarize client's requirement and monitoring clients satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Strategic Team, Creative Team, Production Team, Online Media Team and Social Media Team and all external parties.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in parallel, under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Thai nationality, Male or Female, 23 years old up
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• 1 - 3 years’ experience in Marketing or a related field
• Proactive and positive thinking and ready to develop and skill that related any job
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Good command in English
• Computer Literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint/ Graphic programs preferable)
