Thank you for your emails on this and Thiensurat.
I am concerned on support renewals through yourselves at the moment as we don’t seem to be having anything progressing through for some time now.
We do have a large number of contracts we need to find out what has happened to this on for from some ago. For changes to contract dates I have already amended some contracts to help you with renewals as per the email below– we will only do this once however to allow you assistance to bring this up to date. This is by exception only and is not a common practice for us. No continuity of support contracts will affect hardware EOL support so it is important we support these customers. I am happy to re-quote the ones in orange above if they have not already been re-quoted by us however we still await news on what is happening with the other more recent ones as well.
For Kiatnakin we had already changed this date in December however it appears Jayne has given you another quote on this for March so we will honour the dates on this one.
TNS and Emergency Japan was re-quoted in November but we have had no update on these.
Auroa was also re-quoted in December but we have had no update as yet.
The prices are as sold plus 3% increase each year.
Please can you let us know what has happened with each of these asap. Are they no longer in a relationship with you? Have they still got Red Box installed? If so would need some information on why have they decided not to renew.
