• Implement, support, development and follow up HRIS systems (Employee data, Time Attendant, ePay slip and eLeave).
• Set authorize to staff for company online system usage.
• Trained the staffs in efficient system utilization.
• Oversee the process to keep updated employee profiles (700 staffs).
• Update organization structure and employee movements.
• Perform HR monthly report such as demography, turnover, manpower including ad hoc report.
• Ensure registration of all staff with social security, provident fund and life insurance.
• Handle annual checkup for all staffs.
• Assist supervisor to manage all disciplinary related issues.
