To provide proactive HR consultation to business unit leaders of one large-size, complicated group or a couple of small or medium-size, complicated groups in relation to human resource management and development, as well as organization development OR to provide HR and OD end-to-end, operational supports to assigned business units
To coordinate with cross-functional team from Human Resource Group to prevent and handle related challenges of own responsible business unit.
To mentor and coach HR Associate – Business Partner or new team member in order to ensure the business unit receives sufficient and effective support in human capital management and organization development in a timely manner
