I truly understand your frustration due to such a challenged situation. Please allow me to explain you the situation.
Hobart & Somerville have been working with TCC for many projects throughout Thailand more than 10 years. we always realize Banyan Tree Samui is one of the important account and always threat as 1st priority. To my knowledge, Hobart Thailand always keep units & parts for stock as per recommended parts list from manufacturer. As you may realize, there are more than 100 variety of equipment in product line, more than 10,000 spare parts they have to deal with. Unfortunately, the parts we are wanting, is not in the stock list at this period of time.
However, Hobart & Somerville has immediately ordered the parts from Manufacturer once P.O was sent (Dec.14). DHL one of the most reliable and speedy Courier company in the world is handling the shipment of the captioned parts instead of normal standard express mail. The shipment route line is determined and set by Courier Company which is beyond our control. But I truly believe they are doing such thing at the most fastest speed they can.
