To adjust body heat and relax body muscles during the recovery phase, please repeat the warm up exercises at a reduced speed for 5 minutes. PLEASE NOTE:- To prevent muscle injuries, do not attempt vigorous exercises during the recovery phase.
If you have adapted work out exercises, you can increase the training time and intensity of these workouts.
ADVICE;- To assist in muscular development or weight loss, the user should exercise a minimum of 3 times per week.
Muscular Enhancement
To strengthen body muscles, resistance can be increased while training.
To increase muscular strength and improve fitness, workout intensity and resistance levels can be increased during training.
Weight Loss
Longer training sessions and more training intensity will increase the amount calories burnt, leading to more substantial weight loss. To increase fitness levels, gradually intensify your workout according to your ability.
