I did have a chat with him and he expressed his will and intention to correct and make things good for us. Mr Joel is now the majority shareholder of PPM and Akando. I did inform him of the many areas of dissatisfaction with PPM under the leadership of Khun Rhee and your points were included. My list is actually a lot longer than I was able to convey to him over the phone so I will spend some time going over the past emails to make the tallies of PPM weaknesses in the past.
I believe we are in better shape today because Khun Panjai and I had dug deep into the details, keeping PPM from doing the wrong stuff. Khun Panjai had been checking the financial transactions before Khun Thepparit signed. Any committee member who wishes to assist Khun Panjai can do so and I am sure she will gladly accept any help. She did mention that an assistant with strong accounting skills would be beneficial. Our subcommittee handling various projects is also open to anyone who wishes to join. You can even be Chairman of the subcommittee if you like. We rotate Chairmanship frequently.
I would like to note that these committees and extra roles were driven by co-owners outside of the committee and has been quite effective because we do spend the time to work side-by-side with the staff.
