Listed here in are the requirements for building entrance terminals located at the cabling entrance to building facilities where the transition between inside and outside environments occur. Outside terminals are typically used when the entrance connection is located in a closure on an outside wall of a building. Inside terminals are used when the outside cable will be connected to the inside distribution cabling system.
