I would like everyone to have the same understanding and follow our company rules and regulations strictly.
1. In order to take annual leave, please submit your leave form at least 5 days in advance to your supervisor for the approval.
2. It is your responsible to ensure that you have sufficient leave days to your credit to cover the full annual period.
3. When you do not have sufficient annual leave days available left, then the number of days you don’t come to work, we will be treated as leave without pay. This should not happen.
4. In the case that you will be late for work (regular working hour is 9am, for FO is depend on your schedule), sick leave or any leaves, you must inform your supervisor and Hr(my number is 099-146-6541). No exception.
5. For any cases that you do not inform, we are entitled to provide you with the warnings, late, absent without pay, the consideration of your bonus and salary increment and the final action.
6. Slippers is not allowed in the office please. Please treat our office as a professional area.
