Conducts and manages training programs to support the organization & employees both internal & external training.
Provides equipment room & handout and others for in-house training.
Maintain, keep training records for all staff in training database.
Prepares & provides documents of training record to The Department of Skill Development to support tax deduction.
Coodinates with Internal Communication & Together team (ICTT) to conduct the employee activities to ensure staff satisfaction.
Provides internal communication channels to comunicate staff & company activities.
