Clause1. The Employer hereby employ the Employee as its [Position]……………………… and hereby agrees to serve in such capacity, for the period beginning [start date]…………………..Beginning from ………………………… .
Clause2. The Employer hereby agrees pay an annual salary at the rate of ……………….. Bath (…………………………)per month. The Employer shall pay annual salary all 5th of the month. If not paid in any month of the holiday. The company will pay for it the next working day and Employer shall deduct income tax or other funds every time any of the payment of wages.
Clause3. The employee is hired on a probationary basis for a period of 90 days, such period can be shortened or extended at the discretion of the Employer.
Clause4. The employees perform their duties with integrity and diligence which are following the
order or regulation of any of the employers or supervisors at their workplaces.
Clause5. The Employer is not required to pay severance pay to an employee whose employment has been terminated under any of the following conditions :
5.1 Performing his or her duty dishonestly or intentionally committing a criminal offence against the Employer;
5.2 Intentionally cousing damage to the Employer;
5.3 Causing serious damage to the Employer as result of negligence;
5.4 Violating work rules or regulations or orders of the Employer which are lawful and just, and after written warning has been given by the Employer, except in a serious case where the Employer is not required to give warning.
Such written warning shall be walid for not more than one year from the date of commissing of the offence by the Employee;
5.5 Neglecting his or her duty without justifiable reason for three consecutive working Days
5.6 Being imprisoned by a final judgement of imprisonment with the except for offenses arising out of negligence or for petty offenses.
Clause6. The Employee shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Employer’s company stipulated in conforminty with the law, honesty and perseverance, to strictly comply with all the orders give and assignments set by supervisor and regulations of company at their workplace
Clause7. The employee shall perform such by the date and time designated as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other businesses or enterprises of the same or similar nature as that engaged in by employer.
Clause8. In addition to the foregoing, employee will reimburse to the employer for any damages and usual expenses which incurred by desert, omission and negligence from their work.
Clause 9. In case the Employee terminates the contract, Employee must terminate the contract by giving advance notice in writing to Employer not less than 30 days, after sent the Employee terminates the contract, the Employee shall at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, perform all duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of employer.
This contract is made in duplicate, each having equal tenor and effect. The parties to the contract having read and understood the entire substances in the contract hereunder sign their signatures in the presence of witness. Each party retains one copy of the contract.
