Clerk: Maybe it’s your provider.
Abby: I changed telephone companies and it didn’t work. Also, when I’m texting a message, the letters simply disappear off the screen.
Clerk: Have you talked to the manufacturer?
Abby: yes. I complained to Customer Service and they told me to come to the store and return it.
Clerk: Do you have a receipt?
Abby: Yes. It’s still under warranty.
Clerk: OK. We’ll give you a refund for your purchase.
