- Period of 1st course and the last course is 3 hours 30 minutes
However, the unexpected situation is occurred. After we serve Fried Chinese noodles with ham & shrimp finished. We arrange “Chilled honeydew melon & sago” to serve. But we find that it becomes the rotten dessert. We decide to call to Khun Nok (Representative from JBP who we contact), explain the situation and consult with her that we could change the dessert to “Gingko nuts in light syrup” and she accepts because she trusts we can serve the dessert to her dealer in time.
Unfortunately, cooking new dessert takes times more than we estimate. Khun Nok come to kitchen again and follow by Khun Sarawut (JBP Owner) to ask us about dessert that still not served but the party will be finished. Our dessert ready to serve at that time. We try to serve to guests who still on their seat (around 10% of all guests).
