DOES YOUR ORGANISATION CURRENTLY MAINTAIN FORMAL WRITTEN AND APPROPRIATE FINANCIAL PROCEDURES (BASELINE), AND WILL THEY BY 2020 (TARGET)? Guidance - A good sign of financial management is the formulation of financial procedures so that all the Partner's staff are aware of the financial processes that must be adhered to. These could include procedures for the management of purchases (procurement) and payments, signatories including levels of authority, imprests, salaries, allowances, fixed asset register, security and external audits.
