Regarding my last plant visit on September-11th and I didn’t have much time to know and recognize HR&GA team in depth. Moreover, I can only cover all production lines visiting in Building B and C but there are lots of assembly lines in Building A that I don’t understand it well enough, have to invite you to be my introducer again for these revisiting.
I have discussed my next trip to NCT-Factory with Khun Phikun this morning and I would like to arrange it on this upcoming Friday, would it be possible for you to reserve your PM time for our meeting and walk through the rest of manufacturing line in Building A; as I knew you have outside visitors on AM time?

Recruitment & Selection • Set mutual understanding of new staff recruitment & selection process for NCT-Factory; adding one party to interview every candidate for vacant staff level.
• Set mutual understanding of how important to follow SOP especially document approval routing timeframe i.e. personnel requisition form [GA-080]
• GA-080-safety office, replacement
• Set exit interview appointment for key positions and/or focused dept.
• Reconfirm, do we have to prepare and get the approval of GA-080 prior daily workers recruiting activities?
• Case study; KPMG audited 26 daily workers original contract employment and resignation form [Sep 21st-23rd], and this action comes to us annually.

Compensation & Benefits • Set mutual agreement of new starting rate for engineering employees and non-engineering group (first day working and after completed probationary period).
• Reconfirm new driver’s monthly salary will be paid in cash on Sep-30th, [8 working days calculation].
• Overview of overtime payment calculation particular in second fortnight each month.
• Updating of benefits survey in Ratchaburi manufacturer.

Training & Development • Recap and updating current progress in Mentoring Program, pros, cons and recommendations.
