As a Manager/Owner of an Antal operation I got to know that my ex-employee as from the end of May, 2016 - Mariyana Chivikova (now Mariyana Boyanova) is in direct contact with you making counteroffers through a private company in the name of her relative. She is using all the information - agreement, prices, experience at Antal to work against Antal. After resigning and as per our contract, she has no right to work or contact Antal clients, such as Double A. Antal Lawyers will look into this matter thoroughly and I will inform you accordingly.
Yes, we have a running recruitment agreement between Antal and Double A and are working successfully on some new assignments but things are slow and the correspondence and your company reactions are inefficient recently. For sure lower prices offered by TARA company will attract recruitment business instead of such going to Antal.
In case it is just a price issue we could negotiate and come to a mutual agreement. Antal is reputable company with 24 years history and thousands of completed assignments worldwide. Based on our volume of work we could go down in fees in future.

Mariyana just happened to be your contact person and account manager while at Antal. She has been backed up by the team and helped by the ANTAL REPUTATION and GOOD NAME in all the searches.
Now that we have a new situation, I would like to know how our relationship will go further. The contract between our two companies is valid and working. What will be the principle of assigning positions, if you go for another agency?
