Responsibilities:
Screen applicants, arrange interview appointment with line managers
First interview to meet job specification requirement.
Expand candidate sourcing channels to collect pool of potential applicants for current and future manpower need.
Monitor and update manpower report.
Coordinate with related departments regarding to placement, job transfer.
Documents&Control new staff profile.
Control probation process.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, Age between 22-29 years old
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HRM, Political Science or related fields
At least 2 years experience in recruitment and selection
Good command both spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS Office
