Dale Singleton was one of the greatest racing heroes that most of us have never known. In his short career, he accumulated a staggering number of motorcycle racing wins both on amateur and professional circuits. Known as "The Flying Pig Farmer," Dale fueled his success by a pure passion for the sport and raced as a privateer against major sponsored teams. His professional career was hallmarked by winning the Daytona 200 in 1979 and again 1981. Dale was working toward building a new career in stock car racing when his life was tragically cut short in a plane crash in South Carolina.
Dale's legend continues to inspire us today and the friends and family of Dale have assembled this web site to share his story. We hope you enjoy it.
