Responsibilities:
•Leading the change to land store scheduler project from local to centralized activities within Forecast, Workload, Schedule and Performance Review.
•Centrally controlling the stores forecasts, to include all local and country wide trade events resulting in the improvement of business forecasting and labour demand
•Working cross functional to support the store operations and improve accuracy of scheduling
•Be the center to solve issues from store team and make sure system is up-to-date and all content has been maintained.
•Coordinating with vendor when require system consultant
•Coaching and training users from stores including key stakeholders to understand the system
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in related field
•Experience in software program or Retail operations would be an advantage
•Good command of English both written and spoken
•Can work cross functionally
•Good interpersonal and communication skill
•Be able to work independently
