How will it kill you?
All SARS patients will suffer from a fever above 38 °C (100 °F), and may experience additional symptoms including myalgia, lethargy, cough, and sore throat. It then leads to pneumonia, with more serious damage to your health coming from the body's own immune system reacting in a cytokine storm as is seen in this animation. The majority of deaths then occur due to respiratory failure, with some reported cases being from heart and liver failure.
