Responsibilities
- Headed the project management team in charge of concept design, planning and implementation, service
contracting, operations and manpower delegation and monitoring, implementation, quality assurance testing.
- Headed and supervised the engineering department and ensured that project is implemented within the predefined
timeline and budget.
- Provided clear and comprehensive day-to-day mandates to contracted engineers in coordination with the project
team.
- Consolidated day-to-day accomplished activities and provided suggestions to management to better enhance
operations and efficiency.
- Thoroughly checked that all policies, rules and regulations are enforced and complied to, in accordance to the
government and ISO standards.
