when the sequencing analysis was clustered into phyloge netic groups, there were representatives from the a-, B- and y-subclass of Proteobacteria. five groups in the water samples were 54.3% of the 'uncultured' group followed by 25.7% of AAP (a-Proteobacteria), 11.4% of PsB Proteobacteria), 5.7% of PNSB (a-Proteobacteria) and 2.9% of PNSB (-Proteobacteria)(Fig. 2A).The five clustered groups in the sediment samples were 38.9% of the uncultured' group followed by 27.8% of AAPB (a-Proteobacteria), 16.7% of PNSB (a-Proteobacteria) followed by 11.0% of PsB (-Proteobacteria) and 5.6% of PNSB B-Proteobacteria) (Fig. 2B)
