Description:
- To support the training requirements for employees to ensure that ILM has skilled and competent staff within budget whilst ensuring the highest quality.
- To support the development of training frameworks to support line management requirements and conduct courses.
- To manage the reporting and training evaluation files to enable the business to have an understanding of the training activity.
- Coordinate the roll out of plan, conduct and facilitate induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with ILM’s business, policy and culture.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female , Age 25-30
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in psychology, organization development or any related field.
- Have an experience in training/HRD at least 3 years.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English both written and spoken is a must.
- Flexible and Humble Personality, Good Coordinator and Good Service Mind with Relationship.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
