1. Shimoda san of Kurita GK (the Insured) informed to the CMKT (the Claimant) the current situation. “Property damage part” (RM and WIP) has already agreed with the Insurer and currently the Insurer is in process of the payment (approximately by this month). Also Insured advised to the claimant that the Insured will make a payment regarding PD part by end of this year. The Insured also explained to the claimant that the intention of this meeting is to explain the detail of the requested document by McLarens.
2. The Insured also explained to the Claimant the intention of this meeting that McLarens will explain the concept adjusting the loss of production part.
3. McLarens presented to the Claimant the concept of the adjusting the loss amount during the suspension of the production period, including the type of supporting documents to verify and reconcile.
1. The document showing detail of cost price of each items claim
2. Period of time of stopped production for each production line
3. List of names in each process that was interrupted
4. Table calculating the “Over Time” for each staff and the document showing the paid OT amount to the staff such as pay slip, etc
4. The Claimant understood the concept of the covered part by the Public Liability policy and will discuss with their accounting team at first if they can prepared the requested documents whether the Claimant can prepare the requested information then will advise us through the Insured. Furthermore, the claimant would contact whether the Insured or McLarens whenever the Claimant have any further questions regarding these documentation.
