I would like to file a complaint. The failure of your company to provide customer service for clients is getting to the point where I am considering stopping service.
Yesterday, my internet went out at 3pm (the internet here has gone out commonly, it used to be almost every day). I called 3BB and they said it was a problem in my building and the area and that the internet would be fixed in one hour. 5 hours later, there was still no internet, and the problem was obviously not in the area, but with our connection. My partner and I called 3-4 times to ask when things would be fixed, and we were told that a technician would come in the morning. By the morning, still no technician, no phone call, no service.
I called at least three more times asking when a technician would call, when a technician would come, or when we would be able to have internet service. I was told that nobody knew and that maybe in 1-2 days.
How can you run a business for paying customers when you cannot tell them when the service will be provided, when anyone will contact you, or anything else?
I am still without internet and waiting to be contacted as to when there will be service.
And I am paying for this non-service?
