Organizational effects at the workplaces
Concerning goals on community level, 85% of WC answered at FOLLOW UP that they thought the community had clear goals. Only 64% per cent of CONTROLS answered the same thing at BASE and 69% at FOLLOW UP. The other two groups estimated clear community goals among 74% at BASE and 75% at FOLLOW UP. Health promoting
activities to fulfil community goals was estimated among 90% of WC. Among the other groups the estimation was a little lower. The importance of employee participation for total workplace results was estimated among 91% in both CHIEF and WC at FOLLOW UP. A positive attitude of promoting own ideas in internal discussions increased from 79% to 90% among CHIEF + WC.
