In order to maintain the security and confidentiality of our customers' account information, we are unable to take instructions via email.
We wish to inform that a cheque retrieval is required for checking on the issuer's name. The authorised signatories (as per bank's record) can visit the account holding branch personally with their IC or write in to the branch concerned (duly signed as per bank's record) with a letter of request on cheque retrieval.
Please note that the turnaround time is about 7 business days and there is a service charge of SGD50 imposed for each physical cheque requested.
